Pierre Beauvais has 20+ years of trade experience as a licensed Commercial/Residential Red Seal electrician. He has combined his trade knowledge with building inspection certification by Carson Dunlop, a leader in the Canadian building inspection field for over three decades. In addition, Pierre has trained with CDW Engineering to perform Commercial Building Inspections. He has completed thousands of inspections and is also an Accredited Home Inspector (AHI) in good standing with the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia since 2015.
With both electrical and building inspection licences as well as scrutinizing attention to detail, Pierre has completely renovated many homes in the Victoria area and has become a master tradesman in the process.
Born in France, Pierre is bilingual in english and french, has been police checked and currently holds a Secret Clearance Level II certificate.
